Composite magnetic catalysts containing different amounts of sulfated titania (33–50 wt %) have been prepared by means high energy ball-milling between TiO2 and NiFe2O4. The characterized with N2 adsorption/desorption isotherms, XRD, temperature programmed oxidation (TPO) vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). catalytic activity was measured in the reaction aniline 4-phenylbutyric acid continuous mode under conventional inductive heating. effect catalyst loading reactor on deactivation has studied, indicating 50 % gave highest rate least deactivation. operation a flow heating increased amide yield 25% as compared to initial decreased 30% after period 15 h stream. fully restored treatment an air at 400 °C.
